ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems AG’ executive board appoints three further members of the Board of Directors with effect from April 1, 2006.
· Dr. Herbert Aly is made spokesman of the Board of Directors of the Marine Services Division, which was formed from the former Repair Group. He will also represent this division on the Board of Directors of ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems AG. · Dr. Christian Eckel changes his position on the Board of the Submarine Division for spokesman of the Surface Vessel Division. Eckel will represent this division on the Board of Directors of ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems AG. Eckel will continue with his duties in the management of Nordseewerke GmbH. · Andreas Burmester succeeds Eckel and is made responsible for “Technology” within the Submarine Division.
